Below are a few frequently asked questions and a few suggestions from us to help you create the perfect Photo Booth experience.

  • What is your booking process?
    Our booking process is very easy. Once we decide on a package that fits your photobooth needs, we will then gather all the needed event information, such as photo booth times, location, perosnal information etc. We will then send you the contract for you to read, review and sign. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your event date. We unfortunately cannot hold your event date without a deposit. We can collect deposit via any method, VISA or MASTERCARD, Debit Card, Check or Cash. We can take credit and debit card information right over the phone, and you will recieve an emailed receipt right away!
  • Does setup/breakdown take away time from my hourly package?
    NO! All packages include extra time in them for us to setup and breakdown our equipment. If you buy our 4 hour package you would recieve 4 continuous photo booth hours. Example: 6pm-10pm event time. We would show up one hour prior for setup, 5pm-6pm. Break down is the same after 10pm, we would clean up which takes roughly 30 minutes. You will always recieve those base hours you purchased in the package.
  • How Many hours do I need?
    Each event is different, we can help you determine the correct amount of time by giving us a call. We will ask you some questions to figure out some key information, like the amount of people in each event and what type of experience you are trying to provide them with. Smaller events may only require a few hours while larger events may need a bigger package. Give us a call today, and we will point you in the right direction.
  • What is a custom Prop?
    In every event we always provide themed props, but in our 3,4 and 5 hour packages you will recieve a custom prop. They can range from social media selfie frames, to wedding frames, to celebrity faces on a stick and much more. These will have your names and custom dates and any event theme on them. We can send you multiple different options to choose from and we can help you determine what you want and need.
